FOSguard Renderoc White Cement Based Wall Putty is a perfect blend of white cement, special polymers and minerals which protects & smoothens walls and is especially suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces like concrete, rendered wall, blocks and panels, precast walls & ceilings and plastered surfaces. The product being pure white in colour, any shade of paint comes alive on it and starts refl ecting its true tone. Note:

• The typical physical properties given above are derived from testing in a controlled laboratory environment. Results  derived from testing fi eld-applied samples may vary, dependent on actual site conditions.

Specifi Cation Clause:

• Renderoc Wallputty shall be a prepacked material requiring only water addition for excellent workability which makes ease for application at site to get Smooth and glossy white fi nished surface. The material should have self – curing properties. The product shall have compressive strength > 6 MPa and bond strength 0.8 MPa.

Surface Preparation:

• New surface requires preparation such as removal of dust, dirt and foreign matter. In case of cracks, voids & damages it should be repaired. Surface should be in just-wet condition, prior to putty application.
• If surface plaster is rough, apply white cement / white cement mortar and level the surface. Cure the surface for 2 days, before starting putty coat. Surface should be in just-wet condition, prior to putty application.
• If the surface was made by cement ghutai (smoothening) which normally is very smooth, bonding with putty may not become  suffi ciently strong. Scraping the surface with emery stone/paper  is recommended before putty application. Surface should be in just-wet condition, prior to putty application. 
• In case of wall exposed to sun, more water spraying shall be done to take away heat from the surface and then bring wall to  just-wet condition.

Mixing:

• Mix Renderoc Wallputty slowly in @ 35 - 40% water by volume to prepare paste of desired consistency.
• Mix vigorously for 5-10 minutes for making lump free and uniform paste, as shown.
• Product should be mixed in such quantities that it could be usedwithin 2 hrs of its preparation.
• Mixing could be done manually or by suitable electric mixer.
• Ensure that surface is clean & plastered OR made with cementitious material.
• Ensure that surface is moderately rough (Neither too-rough nor too-smooth).
